Shipping Policy – House of Vanyya

• Delivery area: We deliver across India.
• Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: Usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• Tracking: Tracking details are shared by SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped.
• Delays: Delays due to courier issues, weather, festivals or other events outside our control may occur. We will help you track your order in such cases.
• Address: Please enter a complete address with landmark and a correct pincode. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
• Refused parcels: If a COD parcel is refused without a valid reason, future COD orders from that customer may be blocked.
